As most of you know by now, we made it home shortly before midnight on Christmas Eve,after being up more than 24 hours, with the help of our dear friends, the Walshes. Jennifer Walsh and Keren Hale had thoughtfully stocked the kitchen with some staples (and some not-so-staples), as well as some toiletries, and some Christmas decorations. It was so thoughtful and helpful.

Christmas day was the best one ever. No tree, no turkey, and 2 presents that we kinda-sorta knew what they were, but we were home!

It took about a week to un-jet-lag.

I'll post a couple more last thoughts, and then, no more blog :(
